The Sue Mango Garden was created by the School of Architecture’s Dirt Works Studio | Designbuild directed by Professor Chad Kraus.
The garden was conceived by Cathy Daicoff to honor her sister, Sue Mango—a former development director at the Lied Center who passed away suddenly in 2024.
The planning, construction and garden plantings were all completed by student in the studio in the Spring semester of 2025:
